Putsa och sk\u00e4r rabarbern i mindre bitar.<\/p>\n<p>2. Snitta vaniljst\u00e4ngerna och skrapa ur fr\u00f6na.<\/p>\n<p>3. L\u00e4gg alla ingredienser i en kastrull och l\u00e5t dem koka p\u00e5 svag v\u00e4rme under lock. R\u00f6r om d\u00e5 och d\u00e5 s\u00e5 att det inte br\u00e4nns.<\/p>\n<p>4. Ta av locket n\u00e4r v\u00e4tskan kokat ur rabarbern, efter ca 20-30 minuter.<\/p>\n<p>5. Koka ytterligare i ca 40-60 minuter utan lock till marmeladkonsistens. Passa noga och r\u00f6r om d\u00e5 och d\u00e5.<\/p>\n<p>6. H\u00e4ll upp marmeladen p\u00e5 rena, varma burkar.<\/p>\n<p>Jag gjorde denna marmelad p\u00e5 den absolut sista rabarbersk\u00f6rden f\u00f6r \u00e5ret, f\u00f6r ett par veckor sedan. D\u00e5 blev den djupt r\u00f6d, g\u00f6r man den mitt p\u00e5 sommaren blir den s\u00e4kert ljusare.
