Blanda vetemj\u00f6l, potatismj\u00f6l och florsocker i en bunke.<\/p>\n<p>2. T\u00e4rna sm\u00f6ret och nyp ihop det med mj\u00f6lblandningen.<\/p>\n<p>3. H\u00e4ll i vattnet och arbeta snabbt ihop till en deg.<\/p>\n<p>4. L\u00e4gg degen i en plastp\u00e5se i kylen och l\u00e5t vila minst en timme.<\/p>\n<p>5. Rulla degen till sm\u00e5 kakor, ungef\u00e4r som en stor glaskula&nbsp;i storlek<\/p>\n<p>6. Tryck till kakan lite p\u00e5 pl\u00e5ten s\u00e5 att det blir en grop i mitten av varje kaka.<\/p>\n<p>7. Gr\u00e4dda kakorna i 175 grader, mitt i ugnen, i ca 10 minuter.<\/p>\n<p>8. N\u00e4r kakorna har svalnat sm\u00e4lt chokladen och blanda i minten. Skeda sen upp en klick mintchoklad i varje kaka.<\/p>\n<p>Ofta g\u00f6r jag en sats sm\u00e5kakedeg och sen g\u00f6r jag halva med en topping och halva med en annan.
