Till laxen serverades quinoa och vindruvssalsa. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ingredienser vindruvssalsa<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>500 g r\u00f6da vindruvor<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 knippa gr\u00e4sl\u00f6k<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 chili, jag tog en hot lemon f\u00f6r att \u00e4ven f\u00e5 lite citrussmak<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>rivet skal och saft fr\u00e5n en lime<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>salt<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Halvera vindruvorna och finhacka gr\u00e4sl\u00f6k och chili. L\u00e4gg i en sk\u00e5l och blanda ihop med limeskal, limesaft och salt. St\u00e4ll \u00e5t sidan. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ingredienser lax 4 pers<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4 portionsbitar lax<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1,5 msk senapsfr\u00f6n, jag blandade bruna och gula<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 torkad chili eller chiliflakes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 tsk svartpeppar<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1\/2 tsk vitpeppar<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 tsk r\u00f6kt paprikapulver<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 tsk salt<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S\u00e4tt ugnen p\u00e5 200 grader. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mortla senapsfr\u00f6na och smula den torkade chilin. Obs! Anv\u00e4nd handskar eller smula med en slev el liknande om det \u00e4r en stark chili. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Blanda ihop senapsfr\u00f6n och chili med resten av kryddorna. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Klappa in kryddblandningen i laxbitarna p\u00e5 alla sidor.
