Man kan ha dem som tilltugg, som apetizers, eller bara att smaska i sig n\u00e4r som helst. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jag hade tyv\u00e4rr bara ett fr\u00f6 kvar n\u00e4r det var dags att s\u00e5 chili i vintras, s\u00e5 till n\u00e4sta g\u00e5ng t\u00e4nker jag ladda upp med m\u00e5nga fler. Plantan blev ocks\u00e5 ovanligt l\u00e5gv\u00e4xt av n\u00e5gon anledning, men jag har \u00e4nd\u00e5 f\u00e5tt tv\u00e5 sm\u00e5, men naggande goda sk\u00f6rdar. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ingredienser <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6 jalape\u00f1os <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 dl naturell f\u00e4rskost<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 dl riven cheddarost <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 schalottenl\u00f6k <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>salt och svartpeppar<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>en n\u00e4ve chips med lite starkare kryddning<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S\u00e4tt ugnen p\u00e5 250 grader<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dela jalape\u00f1os p\u00e5 mitten l\u00e4ngsmed l\u00e5ngsidan och gr\u00f6p ur fr\u00f6na. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Riv cheddarosten och finhacka l\u00f6ken. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Blanda ihop f\u00e4rskost, cheddarost, l\u00f6k, salt och peppar, och f\u00f6rdela blandningen i jalape\u00f1os. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gr\u00e4dda i ugnen ca 5 min, tills ostblandningen f\u00e5tt lite f\u00e4rg.
