Vi gillar gel\u00e9 h\u00e4r hemma, helst p\u00e5 svarta vinb\u00e4r, men vi f\u00e5r inte s\u00e5 mycket. S\u00e5 jag blandar det som finns. Recept finns att hitta \u00f6verallt, jag googlar baserat p\u00e5 vad jag hemma och hur mogna b\u00e4r jag har. Ibland gel\u00e9socker, ibland pektin ibland bara vanligt socker. Man kan smaks\u00e4tta gel\u00e9n lite som man vill, stj\u00e4rnanis, vanilj, mynta &#8211; det \u00e4r bara att testa.
