Det enklaste och godaste \u00e4r egentligen att bara koka dem hastigt och sen ha p\u00e5 en klick sm\u00f6r som f\u00e5r sm\u00e4lta, och flingsalt. Ibland vill man hitta p\u00e5 n\u00e5got annat med b\u00f6norna ocks\u00e5, och d\u00e5 kan den h\u00e4r b\u00f6nsalladen smaksatt med vin\u00e4grett vara ett alternativ. Samtidigt som jag gjorde b\u00f6nsalladen plockade min sambo svarta vinb\u00e4r, och d\u00e5 kom jag p\u00e5 id\u00e9n att anv\u00e4nda vinb\u00e4ren i salladen. Dels tyckte jag att vinb\u00e4rens syra skulle passa bra rent smakm\u00e4ssigt, sen s\u00e5g jag f\u00e4rgkombon av ljust gula vaxb\u00f6nor och svarta, djupt lilaskimrande vinb\u00e4r. <br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ingredienser <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>500 g b\u00f6nor, t ex vaxb\u00f6nor<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vin\u00e4grett<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1\/2 r\u00f6dl\u00f6k<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 vitl\u00f6ksklyfta, pressad<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1,5 msk balsamico eller citron<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 msk olivolja<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>flingsalt, svartpeppar<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Toppa ev med 1 dl svarta vinb\u00e4r. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hacka r\u00f6dl\u00f6ken fint. R\u00f6r ihop alla ingredienser till vin\u00e4gretten. <br><br>Koka b\u00f6norna ca 4 min.
