Det g\u00e4ller att planera matsedeln efter tomatberget. F\u00f6rutom att frysa in, koka s\u00e5s etc, vill man ju \u00e4ven \u00e4ta dem alldeles solmogna. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Den h\u00e4r tomatsalladen s\u00e5g jag Jamie Oliver sl\u00e4nga ihop p\u00e5 tv f\u00f6r m\u00e5nga \u00e5r sedan, och jag minns hur jag fascinerades av hans s\u00e4tt att kl\u00e4mma s\u00f6nder tomaterna mellan fingrarna, det s\u00e5g s\u00e5 l\u00e4ckert ut. Sj\u00e4lvklart kommer jag inte ih\u00e5g receptet exakt, utan jag har bearbetat det genom \u00e5ren. Salladen kan med f\u00f6rdel anv\u00e4ndas som tillbeh\u00f6r till fisk eller kyckling. Just idag gjorde jag salladen som tillbeh\u00f6r till n\u00e5gra goda, kryddiga korvar, ist\u00e4llet f\u00f6r rotsaker i ugn. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ingredienser:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>150 g oliver av valfri sort, h\u00e4r anv\u00e4nde jag stora, gr\u00f6na oliver <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>500 g blandade sm\u00e5tomater, g\u00e4rna i olika f\u00e4rger<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 kruka f\u00e4rsk basilika<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 msk god olivolja<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1,5 msk vit balsamico<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>flingsalt<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mosa oliverna med en tr\u00e4slev, s\u00e5 det g\u00e5r att pilla ut k\u00e4rnan. L\u00e4gg oliverna i en salladssk\u00e5l. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kl\u00e4m f\u00f6rsiktigt s\u00f6nder tomaterna \u00f6ver salladssk\u00e5len. De ska bara g\u00e5 s\u00f6nder lite, inte mosas helt, s\u00e5 smakerna fr\u00e5n \u00f6vriga ingredienser kan komma in i tomaterna. Varning f\u00f6r tomatk\u00e4rnor som skv\u00e4tter \u00f6ver hela k\u00f6ket om man inte riktar tomatkl\u00e4mmandet ner i sk\u00e5len. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Riv ner basilikabladen i salladen, det f\u00e5r g\u00e4rna vara stora bladbitar. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>H\u00e4ll \u00f6ver olivolja och balsamico, och toppa med flingsalt.
