M\u00e4t upp havregryn, grahamsmj\u00f6l, kruskakli, vetegroddar och kanel i en stor bunke och blanda.<\/p>\n<p>2. Hacka n\u00f6tterna grovt och blanda ner.<\/p>\n<p>3. Tills\u00e4tt matoljan, honungen och vattnet och r\u00f6r ihop till en smulig massa.<\/p>\n<p>4. H\u00e4ll ut blandningen i en stor bakpl\u00e5tspapperskl\u00e4dd l\u00e5ngpanna.<\/p>\n<p>5. Rosta m\u00fcslin i mitten av ugnen i 225 grader i 20-25 minuter eller tills allt blivit j\u00e4mt brunt och frasigt. R\u00f6r runt i blandningen d\u00e5 och d\u00e5 s\u00e5 att det blir j\u00e4mt rostat.<\/p>\n<p>6. L\u00e5t svalna och hacka eventuellt den torkade frukten i mindre bitar. Blanda ner frukten och l\u00e5t g\u00e4rna m\u00fcslin st\u00e5 framme och torka \u00f6ver natten. F\u00f6rvara torrt.<\/p>\n<p>Sen kan man anv\u00e4nda precis de klisorter och s\u00e5n som man har hemma. Jag har alltid i solrosfr\u00f6n, ibland dinkelflingor och andra gryn som jag hittar i mina sk\u00e5p.
