J\u00e4tte gott med ost till frukost men minst lika gott med sill eller gravatd lax p\u00e5 till lunch.<\/p>\n<p>Bl\u00f6tl\u00e4ggning:<br \/>\n400 g vatten<br \/>\n50 r\u00e5gsurdeg<br \/>\n175 g krossad r\u00e5g<br \/>\n60 g grovt r\u00e5gmj\u00f6l<br \/>\n125 g solrosk\u00e4rnor<br \/>\n75 g linfr\u00f6n<br \/>\n20 g havssalt<\/p>\n<p>F\u00e4rdiga degen:<br \/>\nBl\u00f6tl\u00e4ggningen fr\u00e5n dag 1<br \/>\n200 g vatten<br \/>\n50 g j\u00e4st<br \/>\n300 g vetemj\u00f6l<br \/>\n250 g fint r\u00e5gmj\u00f6l<br \/>\n150 g m\u00f6rk sirap<\/p>\n<p>Dag 1:<\/p>\n<p>Blanda alla ingredienser i en bunke, r\u00f6r om och l\u00e5t st\u00e5 i rumstemperatur i 5-6 timmar. Helst \u00f6ver natten.<\/p>\n<p>Dag 2:<\/p>\n<p>1. Blanda bl\u00f6tl\u00e4ggningen med \u00f6vriga ingredienser.<\/p>\n<p>2. Arbeta degen i hush\u00e5llsmaskin i 10 minuter, eller f\u00f6r hand i minst 20 minuter.<\/p>\n<p>3. L\u00e5t degen vila i 30 minuter.<\/p>\n<p>4. Arbeta degen ytterligare 1 minut och l\u00e5t vila i 30 minuter.<\/p>\n<p>5. Dela degen i tv\u00e5 delar och l\u00e4gg dem i v\u00e4l smorda br\u00f6dformar. L\u00e5t j\u00e4sa i 1 1\/2 &#8211; 2 timmar.<\/p>\n<p>6. S\u00e4tt ugnen p\u00e5 250 grader och st\u00e4ll in en tom pl\u00e5t l\u00e4ngst ner.<\/p>\n<p>7. St\u00e4ll in br\u00f6dformarna i ugnen och h\u00e4ll genast en kopp kallt vatten p\u00e5 den f\u00f6rv\u00e4rmda pl\u00e5ten l\u00e4ngst ned. St\u00e4ng ugnsluckan och s\u00e4nk temperaturen till 175 grader. Sl\u00e4pp ut \u00e5nga efter 30 minuter.<\/p>\n<p>8. Gr\u00e4dda br\u00f6den i ca 1 timmer eller tills innertemperaturen \u00e4r 98 grader.<\/p>\n<p>9.
