Gl\u00f6dhoppor, skurna pepparkakor, burkskinka, potatis och ost p\u00e5 tub. S\u00e4kert fler saker, men det \u00e4r dom jag kommer ih\u00e5g mest. Gl\u00f6dhoppor \u00e4r godast precis nybakta, men domo g\u00e5r bra att frysa och \u00e4ta senare ocks\u00e5.<\/p>\n<p>1 l r\u00e5gsikt<br \/>\n6 dl r\u00e5gsikt<br \/>\n1 dl sirap<br \/>\n2 tsk bikarbonat<br \/>\nVetemj\u00f6l<\/p>\n<p>1. Blanda ut bikarbonaten i lite av filmj\u00f6lken, l\u00e5t st\u00e5 tills det blir lite bubblor.<\/p>\n<p>2. Blanda alla ingredienser (utom vetemj\u00f6let) och k\u00f6r i maskinen ca 10 minuter (eller f\u00f6r hand lite l\u00e4ngre).<\/p>\n<p>3. Blanda i s\u00e5 mycket vetemj\u00f6l som beh\u00f6vs f\u00f6r att det ska bli en hanterbar deg som g\u00e5r att kavla (ca 1 dl).<\/p>\n<p>4. Dela degen i 16 bitar.<\/p>\n<p>5. Kavla varje degbit till en tunn platta (inte st\u00f6rre \u00e4n att de f\u00e5r plats i en gjutj\u00e4rnspanna).<\/p>\n<p>6. Kavla en g\u00e5ng p\u00e5 varje sida med en kruskavel.<\/p>\n<p>7. V\u00e4rm en gjutj\u00e4rnspanna p\u00e5 spisen, den ska vara riktigt varm.<\/p>\n<p>8.
