Den h\u00e4r pannkakan kanske inte \u00e4r den nyttigaste lunch man kan t\u00e4nka sig. Men det \u00e4r ju l\u00f6rdag idag och mina d\u00f6ttrar \u00e4r s\u00e5 s\u00f6ta. Vi beh\u00f6vde den h\u00e4r lunchen \ud83d\ude42 Man kan g\u00f6ra den lite nyttigare om man vill. Utesluta lite socker och \u00e4ta den med bacon och lingonsylt, d\u00e5 blir det n\u00e4stan som sk\u00e5nsk \u00e4ggkaka. Om man \u00e4ter den som lunch r\u00e4cker den till 4 personer, om man \u00e4ter den som efterr\u00e4tt s\u00e5 r\u00e4cker det nog till 8 personer. Man kan baka den antingen i en stor form eller i portionsformar.<\/p>\n<p>4 \u00e4gg<br \/>\n2 dl + 1 tsk vetemj\u00f6l<br \/>\n2 tsk vaniljsocker<br \/>\n4 dl mj\u00f6lk<br \/>\n1 dl socker<br \/>\n50-100 g choklad<br \/>\n2 dl frysta b\u00e4r<br \/>\nca 8 marshmallows<br \/>\n1 krm salt<\/p>\n<p>1. S\u00e4tt ugnen p\u00e5 200 grader.<\/p>\n<p>2. Kn\u00e4ck \u00e4ggen och l\u00e4gg \u00e4ggulorna i en sk\u00e5l och \u00e4ggvitorna i en annan.<\/p>\n<p>3. Vispa \u00e4ggulorna med 2 d vetemj\u00f6l, vaniljsocker och 2 dl av mj\u00f6lken. Vispa tills smeten \u00e4r sl\u00e4t.<\/p>\n<p>4. Tills\u00e4tt resten av mj\u00f6lken och saltet och vispa ihop.<\/p>\n<p>5. Vispa upp \u00e4ggvitorna. Tills\u00e4tt sockret och vispa igen till ett h\u00e5rt skum.<\/p>\n<p>6. R\u00f6r ner \u00e4ggvitorna i smeten och v\u00e4nd f\u00f6rsiktigt ihop.<\/p>\n<p>7. H\u00e4ll smeten i en smord ugnsform (20&#215;30 cm eller 25 cm i diameter) eller anv\u00e4nd stora portionsformar (ca 10 cm i diameter).<\/p>\n<p>8. Blanda de frysta b\u00e4ren (jag anv\u00e4nde jordgubbar den h\u00e4r g\u00e5ngen, men t ex hallon eller bl\u00e5b\u00e4r fungerar lika bra) med 1 tsk mj\u00f6l.<\/p>\n<p>9. Bryt chokladen och klipp marshmallows i mindre bitar.<\/p>\n<p>10. Str\u00f6 b\u00e4r, choklad och marshmallows \u00f6ver smeten.<\/p>\n<p>11.
