Men all torkad frukt blir gott!<\/p>\n<p>2 dl dinkelflingor<br \/>\n2 dl havregryn<br \/>\n2 dl kornflingor<br \/>\n2 dl r\u00e5gflingor<br \/>\n1 dl solrosk\u00e4rnor<br \/>\n1 dl pumpafr\u00f6n<br \/>\n1 dl kokosflingor<br \/>\n1\/2 linfr\u00f6n<br \/>\n1\/2 &#8211; 1 dl grovt hackade n\u00f6tter<br \/>\n1\/2 dl r\u00e5socker<br \/>\n1 tsk malen kanel<br \/>\n1 tsk malen kardemumma<br \/>\n1 dl vatten<br \/>\n3 msk rapsolja<br \/>\n1 msk honung<br \/>\n2 dl torkad frukt<\/p>\n<p>1. V\u00e4rm ugnen till 200 grader.<\/p>\n<p>2. Blanda alla torra ingredienser (utom frukten) i en sk\u00e5l.<\/p>\n<p>3. Blanda ner vatten, olja och honung i de torra ingredienserna. Blanda v\u00e4l.<\/p>\n<p>4. H\u00e4ll m\u00fcslim i en l\u00e5ngpanna och rosta den i 20-25 minuter.<\/p>\n<p>5. R\u00f6r flera g\u00e5nger under rostningen s\u00e5 att det inte br\u00e4nns.<\/p>\n<p>6.
