Det h\u00e4r kan man variera hur mycket som helst med vad man har i. Jag valde att ha knaperstekt bacon, stekta champinjoner och r\u00e5 blomk\u00e5l i. Jag kan t\u00e4nka mig att lite \u00e4pple kanske kunde passat ocks\u00e5. I receptet ska man g\u00f6ra en &#8220;mousse&#8221; och ha i soppan f\u00f6r att den ska bli lite extra proffsig. Jag hade tv\u00e5 barn som var tokhungriga och lite andra omst\u00e4ndigheter som gjorde att jag hoppade \u00f6ver det, den h\u00e4r g\u00e5ngen. Ella kom till matbordet och det f\u00f6rsta hon sa var &#8220;jag gillar inte det d\u00e4r&#8221; men n\u00e4r hon v\u00e4l smakat \u00e5t hon upp alltihop, det \u00e4r ett gott betyg f\u00f6r en soppa!<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: small;\">1 blomk\u00e5lshuvud<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: small;\">2 potatisar<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: small;\">2 scharlottenl\u00f6kar<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: small;\">1 dl\u00a0vitt vin<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: small;\">2 dl gr\u00e4dde<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: small;\">1 dl mj\u00f6lk<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: small;\">Salt<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: small;\">Svartpeppar<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Bacon<br \/>\nChampinjoner<br \/>\nEtc.<\/p>\n<p>1. <span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: small;\">Sk\u00e4r potatis och 4\/5 av blomk\u00e5len.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: small;\">2.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: small;\">Sk\u00e4r l\u00f6ken i ringar och koka den i vinet tills v\u00e4tskan helt f\u00f6rsvunnit.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: small;\">3. <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: small;\">Tills\u00e4tt blomk\u00e5len och potatisen, t\u00e4ck med vatten och koka i 30 minuter<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: small;\">4. <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: small;\">Tills\u00e4tt gr\u00e4dde.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: small;\">5. Mixa soppan och smaka av med salt och peppar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: small;\">6. Hetta upp mj\u00f6lken, blanda med 200 ml av soppan, vispa till ett l\u00e4tt mousse (kan hoppas \u00f6ver om tiden inte till\u00e5ter).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: small;\">5. Strimla\/skala den kvarvarande blomk\u00e5len med en potatisskalare (bara det blommiga delen, inte skaftet).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: small;\">6.
