Ta mar\u00e4ngsmeten fr\u00e5n v\u00e4rmen och vispa tills den \u00e4r sval och tjock.<\/p>\n<p>4. Ringla choklads\u00e5sen \u00f6ver mar\u00e4ngsmeten, r\u00f6r ett varv med slickepott.<\/p>\n<p>5. Ta upp stora skedar p\u00e5 en pl\u00e5t med bakpl\u00e5tspapper (man kan g\u00f6ra s\u00e5 f\u00e5 som 8 riktigt stora m\u00e4r\u00e4nger eller ca 20 lite mindre).<\/p>\n<p>6. Gr\u00e4dda i 60 minuter i mitten av ugnen.<\/p>\n<p>7. L\u00e4gg mar\u00e4ngerna p\u00e5 galler och l\u00e5t dom torka.<\/p>\n<p>Tror att det kallas \u00f6sterikiska mar\u00e4nger n\u00e4r man vispar \u00f6ver vattenbad. Det g\u00f6r mar\u00e4ngerna v\u00e4ldigt frasiga utanp\u00e5 och h\u00e4rligt sega innuti.
