Jag brukar tycka att k\u00f6pta baguetter \u00e4r goda, men sedan min sambo provade det h\u00e4r receptet \u00e4r det alltid hembakat som g\u00e4ller. De har en perfekt seg och lite knaprig yta och \u00e4r h\u00e4rligt fluffiga inuti.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/systrarnasmat.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/10\/dscn0954.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-133\" title=\"dscn0954\" src=\"https:\/\/systrarnasmat.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/10\/dscn0954-300x224.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"224\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>3 st<\/p>\n<p>25 g j\u00e4st<br \/>\n6 dl ljummet vatten<br \/>\n2 tsk salt<br \/>\n12-13 dl vetemj\u00f6l<\/p>\n<p>Smula s\u00f6nder j\u00e4sten i en bunke. H\u00e4ll p\u00e5 det ljumma vattnet och r\u00f6r om tills j\u00e4sten sm\u00e4lt.<\/p>\n<p>Tills\u00e4tt salt och vetemj\u00f6l och arbeta degen kraftigt tills den sl\u00e4pper bunkens kanter.<\/p>\n<p>L\u00e4gg en handduk \u00f6ver och l\u00e5t degen j\u00e4sa till dubbel storlek, ca 30 minuter.<\/p>\n<p>Ta upp degen p\u00e5 bakbordet och kn\u00e5da den l\u00e4tt. Dela degen i tre delar och forma den till l\u00e4ngder. Vrid l\u00e4ngderna som spiraler och l\u00e4gg dem sedan p\u00e5 bakpl\u00e5tspapperskl\u00e4dd pl\u00e5t.<\/p>\n<p>L\u00e4gg en handduk \u00f6ver och l\u00e5t j\u00e4sa ca 40 minuter.<\/p>\n<p>Pensla br\u00f6det med ljummet vatten och gr\u00e4dda i nedre delen av ugnen i 250 grader i 15 minuter. S\u00e4nk ugnsv\u00e4rmen till 200 grader och forts\u00e4tt gr\u00e4dda i 10 minuter.
